Though some may disagree, I believe that he was one of our good presidents. History will tell…

I am an engineer by training. I am exploring new horizons after having spent many years in the Industry. My interests are varied and I tend to write about what is on my mind at any particular moment in time.

  1. He was the greatest “post-president” America has ever had the honor of knowing!
I remember how he soothed the fear of the nation by touring Three Miles Island after 50,000 people were evacuated from that Pennsylvania site. I covered it as a newspaper reporter and literally walked in his footsteps. (We had to wear “baggies” on our feet!)
He was a good president and the United States turned to him when we had been dealt one of our worst presidents, Richard M Nixon.
